General Concern Report

The purpose of the  is to report student and/or employee incidents or well-being concerns to 黑料专区. This form may also be used to inquire 黑料专区 resources. Click 'submit report' upon completion.

The 黑料专区 Concern Reports are checked regularly. However, if you need immediate assistance or if you feel yourself or someone else is in danger call 911. General Student Concerns May Include:
  • Inappropriate behavior that made you/someone else uncomfortable.
  • Information that misconduct has occurred. 
  • You or someone you know needs assistance and are unsure where to go.
